YourPriority Privacy Policy
YourPriority is a productivity app that helps you manage tasks, goals, and app blocking. This policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, and your choices. Last updated: 24 February 2026.
Data Collection & Storage
Data you create in the app—including your to-dos, goals (steps and notes), blocked-app settings, and in-app preferences such as date format and reminders—is stored only on your device in the app’s local storage. This includes Apple App Group storage for the app and extensions. We do not upload your data to our servers.
YourPriority does not require you to create an account or sign in. We do not collect your name, email, or other account identifiers for the core app experience.
To block selected apps and enable the “Review Priorities” feature, the app requests Screen Time (Family Controls) permission. Only the chosen app tokens for blocking are accessed; no usage content or history beyond what’s needed is received. For task reminders and planning prompts, notifications are scheduled only locally on your device.
Third-Party Services & Data Handling
In-app subscriptions (YourPriority Premium) are managed by RevenueCat. When you purchase or restore a subscription, RevenueCat and Apple process transaction and device data—such as purchase status and anonymous identifiers—to manage your subscription. RevenueCat’s privacy policy: revenuecat.com/privacy. We use RevenueCat exclusively for entitlement verification, not for advertising.
Payments are processed by Apple. Apple’s privacy policy applies for payment and App Store data: apple.com/legal/privacy. We do not use any transaction information for marketing or additional profiling.
We do not sell your data, use your in-app information for advertising, or collect or store your to-dos, goals, or blocked-app list on our servers for the core app experience.
Security & Retention
All data you create in YourPriority stays on your device unless you delete it or uninstall the app. Uninstalling the app deletes all local data. Subscription status is managed by Apple and RevenueCat following their policies. Your data’s security depends on your device’s protections, such as a passcode or biometric authentication.
For the limited data handled by RevenueCat and Apple (related to subscriptions), those providers maintain their own security standards. While we select third-party services carefully, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.
User Rights, Children, and Policy Changes
Because YourPriority does not store your personal data on our servers, most rights can be exercised directly on your device—view, edit, or delete your data in-app, or uninstall at any time. To exercise rights regarding data processed by RevenueCat or Apple, use their respective privacy policy links in Section 3.
If you are a resident of the EEA or similar jurisdiction, you may request information about any data we might have about you, request correction or deletion, and lodge complaints with data protection authorities. Contact us at tanjil@metlymedia.com for requests.
YourPriority is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided data through the app, contact us to resolve it. We may update this policy periodically—any changes will update the “Last updated” date. Continued use after revisions means you accept the changes.
