Terms of Service

Last updated: February 23, 2026. By downloading, installing, or using the YourPriority app (“app”, “service”, or “YourPriority”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

YourPriority is a productivity app for managing to-dos and goals with reminders, limiting and blocking selected apps using Apple’s Screen Time, and providing notifications for reminders and prompts. A Premium tier offers additional features like unlimited blocked apps and to-dos. The app is provided “as is” and features may change with reasonable notice.

These Terms are effective until terminated by you or by us. If you violate any provision, your rights under these Terms end automatically. You may terminate these Terms at any time by deleting the app and cancelling any subscriptions. Certain sections survive termination as described below.

App License, Use, and Restrictions

When you download YourPriority, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices you own or control, as per these Terms and Apple’s Usage Rules.

You may not distribute, share, or make the app available over a network for multiple devices. Any attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code, or use the app to distribute harmful, illegal, or infringing content, is prohibited.

All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved. If you sell or give away your Apple device, you must first remove the app. Your use must comply with applicable laws.

Subscriptions, Payments & Refunds

Some features are free; others require a paid subscription (“YourPriority Premium”). Subscription details including price, billing, and renewal appear in-app and on the App Store. Payments and refunds are handled by Apple through your Apple ID.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before renewal. Manage or cancel your subscription in device Settings (Apple ID → Subscriptions) or in-app. To restore purchases, use the option in YourPriority, subject to Apple and RevenueCat.

All payments and refunds are processed by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com with your Apple ID. Refund eligibility is determined by Apple policies. We cannot approve or process refund requests. We do not store your payment details.

Screen Time, App Blocking, and Privacy

App blocking requires permissions for Apple Screen Time / Family Controls APIs. We do not control Apple’s APIs or ensure continuous availability, and are not responsible for impacts beyond intended use.

Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how it’s used, and your choices. By using the app, you consent to the collection and use of data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers, Liability, Changes & General Provisions

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the app and related services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We and our affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of data, revenue, or profit arising from your use or inability to use the app. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months; if none, liability is zero.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. For any questions, contact us at tanjil@metlymedia.com.
